What stays on your device

Text entered into the free formatter and JSON files imported into the comment explorer are processed in your browser tab. Importing or exporting a file does not send that dataset to our application servers. We do not provide an export-history feature.

Google sign-in

If you choose Google sign-in, we use your Google account identifier, email, name and profile image to maintain your account. A secure session cookie keeps you signed in. We do not offer password registration and do not request your TikTok password.

AI suggestions

When you explicitly request an AI generation, your submitted text is sent through our backend to OpenAI. We request that responses are not stored through the API. OpenAI’s own service processing and retention policies still apply. Do not submit confidential or unnecessary personal information. We retain request identifiers, timestamps, status and credit accounting, rather than generated text, for billing and abuse prevention.

Account and payment data

Account records and credit accounting use PostgreSQL hosted by Neon. Waffo handles subscription checkout and payment processing. We store the billing identifiers, plan, status, currency and verified payment information needed to grant credits. We do not store card details. Technical request logs may be processed by Cloudflare for service operation.

Choices and account requests

You can use the local tools without signing in, sign out to end your active session, and manage subscription renewals through the Waffo consumer portal. Paid subscriptions are not currently available. Account support contact details will be provided before paid subscriptions open.
