Using Commenta

Commenta provides text formatting, imported-comment search and export, and optional AI writing assistance. You are responsible for your content, permissions to use imported data, and what you choose to publish. This service does not automatically post to TikTok, guarantee engagement, unlock unavailable platform features or bypass character limits.

Accounts

Account access uses Google sign-in only. You are responsible for securing that account. Do not use the service for impersonation, spam, unauthorized access or unlawful processing of other people’s data.

Monthly subscriptions and credits

Starter is USD $9 per month with 500 credits per successful monthly payment. Studio is USD $19 per month with 1,500 credits per successful monthly payment. A successful AI generation costs 1 credit; failed generations are refunded. Credits are added after a verified payment and unused credits roll over while the account remains open. Local tools do not consume credits. Taxes may apply at checkout.

Renewals, cancellation and refunds

Paid subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Use the Waffo consumer portal to manage renewals and request billing support. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically reverse a completed payment. Refunds are subject to applicable law and the payment provider’s process. Accounts with a refund under review may have paid usage paused while the balance is reconciled. Purchases are unavailable until production billing is enabled.

AI and platform limitations

AI output may be inaccurate or unsuitable. Review it before use. Third-party features, APIs and availability can change. Live TikTok comment collection is not enabled in this release. Guides describe general workflows and do not promise that a feature is available to every account.
